The Act

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, signed into law on February 17, 2009, allocates an additional $70 million for the Education for Homeless Children and Youths (EHCY) Program.

ARRA Implementation Briefing: April 3, 2009, Archived Video Webcast
At this Friday, April 3, briefing, U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan convened over 150 education association/organization leaders to discuss the implementation of ARRA.
